The acquisition will help advance LegalZoom UK’s development of a unique next generation law firm to best meet the needs of modern consumers and small businesses. This innovative model requires the perfect blend of technology, lawyers, and other expertise and the acquisition will become a catalyst for a significant recruitment drive at Beaumont Legal. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2015, subject to certain regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
