Matt Warner, Director Matt Warner is a Director of UNION SQUARE ADVISORS based in New York. Prior to joining Union Square, Mr. Warner was a Vice President covering the software sector for the Credit Suisse Technology Investment Banking Group. Prior re-joining the Technology Group at Credit Suisse, he was a member of the equity research team at Credit Suisse covering infrastructure software. Mr. Warner began his career as an analyst and then associate in the Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse technology investment banking groups. During his career, he has worked on technology financing and advisory assignments for clients including ACCESS, Altiris, ANSYS, Attachmate WRQ, Fair Isaac, Internet Security Systems, Kenexa, Liberate Technologies, Micromuse, Mobile 365, NetIQ, Nuance, Openwave Systems, TiVo, SAP and Verint. Mr. Warner received his B.A. in Public Policy from Trinity College. |
