Mr. Cavenaghi has worked on M&A and financing transactions for numerous technology companies, including Cisco, Eagle Test Systems, ON Semiconductor, SunPower and Micron Technology, as well as private equity firms including CCMP Capital Advisors. Mr. Cavenaghi graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a degree in Economics-Accounting. Mr. Cavenaghi is a native of Puigari, Argentina and is fluent in Spanish. |
