Hisham Hasan, Director Hisham Hasan is a Director of UNION SQUARE ADVISORS. Prior to joining Union Square, Mr. Hasan was a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions division of the Credit Suisse Technology Group. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Hasan was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of J.P. Morgan & Co. During his career Mr. Hasan has worked with and advised companies such as AFx, ACCESS, Charles River Laboratories, CIGNA, CommerceOne, Conexant Systems, Cypress Semiconductor, Expertcity, Inktomi, iPass, InterTrust, Magma Design Automation, MetLife, MP3.com, NetIQ, Oplink Communications, Principal Financial Group, New Era of Networks, Peregrine Systems and Symantec. Mr. Hasan graduated from MIT with S.B. degrees in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and Management Science. He is a member of Eta Kappa Nu. |
