Nils Holum, Analyst Nils Holum is an Analyst at UNION SQUARE ADVISORS. Prior to joining Union Square, Mr. Holum worked as an Analyst in the Global Technology Group at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Holum has worked on financing and M&A transactions for numerous technology clients, including VMware, Intel and STMicroelectronics, as well as private equity firms such as Francisco Partners and TPG Capital. Mr. Holum graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy. He is a native of Denver, Colorado, and has working knowledge of both Chinese and French. |
