Phillip Kim is an Associate at

Prior to joining Union Square,
Mr. Kim worked as an Associate in the M&A Group at Greenhill & Co., as
an Analyst and then an Associate in the Asia Technology and Korea Coverage
Groups at Lehman Brothers, and as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions
Group of Deutsche Banc Alex.
Brown. Mr. Kim has six years of investment banking experience and has advised
clients such as ASML Holding N.V., Ceridian, SLM Corp., Paladin, and the Korea
Asset Management Corporation. Mr. Kim received his B.S. in Finance and
International Business from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia
Business School.
