Ms. Taylor worked as an Associate at Compass Advisers and as an
Analyst and then an Associate in Citigroups Health Care M&A team. Ms. Taylor
has six years of investment banking experience and has advised clients such as
GlaxoSmithKline, Marks & Spencer, Waterford Wedgwood, the PBGC, Boehringer
Ingelheim, The Big Food Group, Recordati, and Bespak. She has worked on the
origination and execution of M&A, debt and equity transactions across
different industries and regions. Ms.
Taylor graduated with Honors from The University of Edinburgh with an M.A.
degree in Economics.
