Erich Fritz is a Managing Director at Union Square Advisors. Mr. Fritz has 12+ years of investment banking experience focused primarily on the software, AIoT and industrial technology segments. Prior to joining Union Square Advisors, Erich held Senior Director roles at Robert W. Baird and Jefferies, heading firm efforts in industrial software and AIoT, predated by roles at RBC Capital Markets and UBS. Erich began his career as a Systems Engineer within Northrop Grumman’s Advanced Concepts and Technologies Division, working primarily on missile defense software development.
Erich received his MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State.
