On January 12, 2022, Union Square Advisors announced it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Lynch Marks, LLC, a California-based company, and developers of PS/Ship., in its sale to Litera, a global leader in legal technology solutions. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
