Prior to joining the firm, Alex led HCIT execution at Crosstree Capital and held roles at both Jefferies global technology group and Houlihan Lokey’s leading restructuring group.
Alex has over 8 years of broad experience, including private and public company M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions with over 30 closed deals. Alex began his career at Johnson Rice in New Orleans and is originally from New Jersey.
