Andrew Samett is a Senior Advisor at Union Square Advisors. He has over 30 years of experience advising companies in transition as well as their stakeholders and acquirors. His focus is on Special Situations Advisory activities, including Liability Management, Restructuring, distressed M&A and bespoke financing solutions. His most recently led the Capital Structure Advisory Group at Truist Securities, has led similar groups at Lazard Middle Market and Bear Stearns, and was a senior member of the Restructuring Group at Rothschild Inc.
Andrew earned an M.B.A. from Cornell University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
